We christians tend to be a conservative lot (I guess because there is much we want to conserve), but we thereby fail to follow the creative God and the radical Jesus. But there is another side - for every virtue there is a corresponding vice (unfortunately). Creative dreamers and entrepreneurs are good, but entrepreneurial leadership in churches can sometimes sound egotistical and self focused. It can even sometimes destroy the gospel by creating petty little fiefdoms where the leader is king rather than Jesus. So, we need one without the other in Oz! Yeah Russ, I agree.
